										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-small-font-size">ZAHODNA FURLANIJA – »PRESTOLNICA OKUSOV« IN FESTIVAL PORDENONE ART&amp;FOOD 2025<br>VRAČA SE DOGODEK, KI Z ELEGANCO IN SLOGOM ZDRUŽUJE VEDENJE O HRANI TER RAZISKUJE ZANIMIVOSTI IN TRADICIJE, POVEZANE S »FERMENTACIJAMI«</h2>



<p>Slovenci smo znani kot ljubitelji dobre hrane, okusno pripravljenih dobrot in dobro usklajene vinske kapljice. Kot smo se lahko prepričali na lastne oči, ušesa in usta na predstavitvi njihovega projekta v ljubljanskem U-hotelu, bo v Furlaniji mogoče okusiti nepozabne kulinarične mojstrovine, zaradi katerih je vredno raziskati našo neposredno čezmejno bližino. Od 3. do 5. oktobra letos bo mesto, prihodnja italijanska prestolnica kulture 2027, ponovno gostilo festival, ki na izviren način prepleta kulinarično umetnost z dediščino in ustvarjalnostjo celotnega območja. Dogodki bodo potekali v izjemnih plemiških palačah in v najlepših kotičkih starega mestnega jedra.</p>

<p>Približno trideset chefov, slaščičarjev, sommelierjev, pekov in mojstrov okusov bo sodelovalo na različnih poteh festivala: kuhinja v obliki »ena sestavina, dve jedi, štiri roke«, zapeljivost rastlinskega sveta, »sweet masterclass« – delavnice slaščičarstva, vino. Med novostmi je projekt »Prestolnice v Pordenonu«, ki bo letos prvič v mesto pripeljal okuse prestolnice Prage s chefom Ondrejem Molino in prehranskim vplivnežem Janom Albrechtom. Veliko prostora bo namenjenega tudi delavnicam »za vse«, od otrok do odraslih: slaščičarstvo v mali Food Academy s pastry chefi združenja Etica del Gusto, »prihodnji mojstri čokolade« v prestižnem ateljeju Peratoner ter peka kruha s pivom v sodelovanju s ConfCooperative Pordenone.</p>



<p>Izvajale se bodo degustacije kot »predstave na odru« z zgodbami in glasbo, posvečene obrti in življenju, povezane s tradicijami mleka in sira, novimi okusi iz pečice in vini iz pokrajine ob reki Tilment. Mesto bo mogoče odkrivati tudi preko umetniških, kulturnih in turističnih dogodkov: od bogate umetniške dediščine do zgodovinskih tradicij, od sejmov do glasbe, od razstav do srečanj. Hvalnica nekakšni »kuhinji prostega časa«, kjer je čakanje edina zahtevana dejavnost, preden poskusite jed. Svet FERMENTACIJ bo središče izdaje 2025 festivala PORDENONE ART&amp;FOOD, ki bo od 3. do 5. oktobra povzdignil zahodno Furlanijo s Pordenonom v »prestolnico okusov« ter z eleganco in stilom predstavil vedenje o hrani v dogodkih, ki bodo potekali v plemiških palačah in najbolj očarljivih kotičkih mesta.</p>



<p>Naj pojasnimo temo: šlo bo za intenzivno potovanje med tehnikami in okusi, ki bodo svoje korenine pognali v lokalni tradiciji, hkrati pa presegli meje, pod vodstvom priznanih strokovnjakov v odkrivanju starodavnih sestavin in novih eksperimentov, pri čemer bodo prebudili vse čute. Pobudo promovira Trgovinska zbornica Pordenone-Videm preko svoje konzorcijske družbe TEF – Territorio Economia Futuro in Občina Pordenone, s podporo Dežele Furlanija Julijska krajina ter PromoTurismoFVG #iosonofriuliveneziagiulia, skupaj z znamkami za promocijo Pordenone with Love in The Great Distretto – il territorio per il commercio (Veliko okrožje – območje za trgovanje).</p>

Danes pa je to tudi izhodišče za raziskovanje okusov, polnih ustvarjalnosti in inovacij. Med festivalom bodo nastopili priznani mojstri skupaj z mladimi talenti kuhinje, gostje iz sveta zabave in kulture, ustvarjalci, proizvajalci ter študenti – »novi profesionalci« jutrišnjega dne, s čimer bodo ovrednotili izjemne vire tega območja, ki še čakajo, da jih odkrijemo. Tako je duh in cilje festivala povzela namestnica generalne sekretarke Trgovinske zbornice Pordenone-Videm, Cristiana Basso: »Art&amp;Food predstavlja konkreten model, kako lahko kultura, enogastronomija in podjetništvo vodijo dialog za ustvarjanje vrednosti. Trgovinska zbornica Pordenone-Videm skupaj z Občino Pordenone odločno podpira ta projekt, ker zna združiti tradicijo in inovacije, okrepiti identiteto tega območja ter promovirati njegovo podobo daleč preko deželnih meja. Festival ni zgolj kulturno kakovosten dogodek, temveč tudi motor gospodarske rasti, saj ponuja priložnosti podjetjem v sektorju, spodbuja turistično privlačnost in utrjuje vlogo Pordenona kot referenčne točke na nacionalnem prizorišču dogodkov, posvečenih okusu in ustvarjalnosti.«</p>



<p>Tudi letos bo v središču festivala zahodna Furlanija, ki bo predstavila najboljše iz svoje kulinarične dediščine, a sledi tudi svojemu poslanstvu dialoga z drugimi kraji in širšimi obzorji, začenši z novim projektom »Prestolnice v Pordenonu«, v poklon mestu, že imenovanemu italijanska prestolnica kulture 2027. Prva gostja bo čarobna Praga, s chefom Ondrejem Molino, ki bo pripravil meni »šest rok« v kuhinji pordenonskega chefa Andree Spine v restavraciji Al Gallo, skupaj s slaščičarjem Luco Diano, ki bo ponudil sladico »made in Pordenone« (večerja ob predhodni rezervaciji, petek, 3. oktober). Vse dni festivala bo prisoten tudi Jan Albrecht, prehranski vplivnež in zmagovalec MasterChef Česko 2023. Iz Brazilije, v sodelovanju z EFASCE-Pordenonesi nel Mondo, se bo v domovino vrnil chef Augusto Rizzotto – doma iz pordenonske pokrajine – ki bo v soboto, 4. oktobra, vodil posvet z degustacijo. V São Paulu slovi kot vodja najbolj cenjene italijanske restavracije, kjer pripravlja furlanske jedi in išče najboljše lokalne sestavine. Ponovno bo na voljo veliko delavnic za vse generacije: slaščičarstvo v mali Food Academy s slaščičarskimi mojstri združenja Etica del Gusto, »prihodnji mojstri čokolade« v prestižnem čokoladnem ateljeju Peratoner, peka kruha s pivom v sodelovanju s ConfCooperative Pordenone.</p>



<p>Približno trideset chefov, slaščičarjev, sommelierjev, pekov in mojstrov okusov bo udeleženih v različnih poteh festivala: kuhinja v formuli »ena sestavina, dve jedi, štiri roke«, zapeljivost rastlinskega sveta, »sweet masterclass« slaščičarstva, vino. Med protagonisti bodo Michelinov chef Terry Giacomello, veronski strokovnjak za miksologijo in koktajle Andrea Cason, Američanka Federica Lepidi Moore, rezidenčna chefinja Electrolux Professional, Gabriele Spinelli iz Akademije Maestri Lievito Madre v Bologni, Pietro Zerbin, ustanovitelj prve furlanske tovarne čokolade »Cocambo« v Ogleju, ter Enrico Comar, strokovnjak za čaj. Na področju vin bosta organizirana dva dogodka, v soboto in nedeljo: »Velika fermentirana bela vina«, izbrana med etiketami Konzorcija za zaščito vin DOC Friuli Grave, ter širok pregled »Fermentiranih in refermentiranih vin«, ki ga bo v soboto, 4. oktobra, predstavilo nacionalno združenje Le Donne del Vino FVG. Vsa srečanja bodo kot vedno vodili strokovnjaki in bodo skrbno pripravljena v čudovitih zgodovinskih ambientih mesta; kulinarična in slaščičarska bodo spremljala izbrana vina, enološke degustacije pa bodo povezane s tipičnimi jedmi tega območja. Nepozabne bodo tudi izvirne degustacije, ki bodo predstavljene kot pripoved ali kot predstava: v soboto, 4. oktobra, »Pripoved o fermentih – od kotla do mize«, ki jo pripravlja ConfCooperative Pordenone z mrežo »Fil di Lat« (pordenonske mlekarne), osredotočena na profil sirarja, mojstra pri obvladovanju bakterij, ki omogočajo fermentacijo mleka v neskončne različice sirov.</p>

<p>V nedeljo, 5. oktobra, pa »Resonance – življenje v okušanju. Pripoved, ki ostane, vibrira in … fermentira«, s chefinjo in pekovko Eleonoro Franco, ki bo ponudila finger food, ki navdihuje naše čute in poudarja furlanske sestavine ter odstira njeno osebno in poklicno pot, ki jo je pripeljala do specializacije v okusnih pekovskih izdelkih in brezglutenskem slaščičarstvu, polnem okusa in ustvarjalnosti. Z njo bosta nastopili Paola Selva na akustični kitari in recitatorka Bianca Manzari. Še koncertni aperitiv »Avtohtoni vzhajani izdelki, dediščina Tilmenta« (prav tako v nedeljo, 5. oktobra), z zgodbami pisatelja-filozofa Mattea Bellotta o vinih iz kleti Pitars in izbrano hrano Giovannija Pive iz Carpacceria Goretti, skupaj z glasbenikoma Alessandrom Bearzattijem na klavirju in Mauriziem De Marchijem na kontrabasu. Čez vikend ne bodo manjkali umetniški, kulturni in turistični dogodki, ki jih bo koordinirala Občina Pordenone in bodo gostom pomagali odkriti mesto – od bogate umetniške dediščine do zgodovinskih tradicij, od sejmov do glasbe, od razstav do srečanj.</p>

Zaradi toplejšega vremena in čudovitega cvetja, ki nas počasi začenja obkrožati skupaj s ptjem ptičkov, je to popolno vzdušje za druženje na prostem, ali pa tudi kar doma na terasi, balkonu, zakaj pa ne. A organizacija koktajl zabave se na prvi pogled zdi kot mačji kašelj, a verjemite, da ta zahteva kar nekaj organizacije in truda, od pravih kozarcev, do opreme za mešanje in konec koncev pijačnih mešanih in prigirzkov &#8230; A ne skrbite, tu smo, da vam pomagamo!</em></strong></p>

<p><strong>Izberite pravo lokacijo</strong></p>



<p>Prvi korak k uspešni organizaciji spomladanske vrtne koktajl zabave je izbira prave lokacije. Poskrbite, da bodo imeli gostje na voljo primeren prostor za druženje in uživanje v pijači &#8211; prostoren vrt, terasa ali balkon so odlične možnosti. Upoštevati morate tudi vreme in poskrbeti za rezervni načrt v primeru dežja. Sami bi izbrali prostorno teraso, saj ta omogoča druženje v vseh pogojih in nudi senco ter streho ko je to potrebno. Sodoben moški, bralec revije DAVID lahko s svojim prostorskim občutkom in organizacijskimi sposobnostmi brez težav vsak prostor spremeni v prostor zabave in verjamemo, da boste enako storili tudi s svojo teraso ali vrtom.</p>

<p><strong>Ustvarite vzdušje z dekoracijo</strong></p>



<p>Ustvarite pomladno vzdušje tako, da prizorišče okrasite s pisanim cvetjem, okrasnimi svetilkami (lahko jih naredite sami) in svečami. Za serviranje koktajlov uporabite kozarce Rosenthal ali Riedl, s kristalnimi kozarci Steklarne Rogaška pa boste dodali eleganten pridih postavitvi vsakega omizja. Tudi seti za mešanje Rosenthal lahko služijo kot lep okras improviziranemu točilnemu pultu, ki ga vsaka takšna zabava skoraj potrebuje! Jasno je namreč, da boste dobro koktejl zabavo težko organizirali brez opreme za mešanje in zakaj nebi združili prijetnega s koristnim in pripomočke pri tem uporabili še za priročen okras&#8230;</p>

<p><em>Ta pijačna mešanica nudi izrazit okus po ingverju in spada v družino koktajlov fizz. Njegov navdih prihaja iz klasičnega koktajla Singapore Sling, z nekaj dodatki za poživitev sadnosti pijače. Koktajl ponuja popolno kombinacijo Hendrick&#8217;s Gina in češnjevega likerja Luxardo z dodatkom svežega limetinega soka, ananasa in ingverjevega piva – sladko, ingverasto in peneče. Češnjev okras dvigne sladki element v pijači in ji ponudii zabaven razcvet.</em></p>

<p>Vse sestavine razen ingverjevega piva dodamo v Boston mešalnik, ki ga napolnimo z ledom in temeljito pretresemo. Dodamo pivo in premešamo, precedimo, zlijemo v visok kozarec in dodamo zdrobljen led. Za okras ustvarimo “goro” iz ledu in nanjo dodamo narezan ingver in češnjo.</p>

<p><em>Ta sezonska poslastica z imenom  Ginger Fever Punch je delo Shawna Chena, pijačnega direktorja Decoy in RedFarm, dveh sodobnih kitajskih restavracij na Manhattnu. Po besedah mojstrov gre za “vrhunski praznični koktajl, pripravljen za potešitev žejne množice”, z okusi, ki jih navdihujejo sezonske sestavine, zlasti “ingver, brusnična omaka in veliko alkohola”. Čeprav osrednji del mešanice predstavlja tekila, Chen zagovarja vsestranskost recepta. “Mešanico lahko postrežete s poljubnim žganjem po vaši izbiri in slednja bo enako okusna.”</em></p>

<p><strong><em>Rim z razledom</em></strong></p>



<p><em>Pijačna mešanica “Rim z razgledom” avtorja Michaela McLlroya spada nekje na pol poti med za “pitje čez dan” primernim Collinsom in Americanom. Med tem, ko je slednji sestavljen iz grenkega italjanskega Camparija in sladkega aromatiziranega vina, se je pri njegovi različici avtor odločil sladko vino nadomestiti s suhim, uporabil pa je tudi citrusno mešanico uporabljeno v Collinsu. Pijača z nizko vsebnostjo alkohola in rahlim grenko/sladkim priokusom je tako kot ustvarjena za sedenje na terasi nad mestom in občudovanje njegovih lepot.</em></p>

<p>V mešalec dodamo Campari, suho vino, sok limete in sirup. Dodamo led in mešamo do ohlajenosti. V Collins kozarec dodamo še malo ledu ter pijačo precedimo in kozarec do vrha napolnimo s sodavico. Okrasimo z rezino pomaranče.</p>

<p><em>Ta različica legendarne mešanice, ki izhaja iz prestolnice Toskane, bi naj nastala povsem po naključju. Zgodba pravi, da naj bi nek milanski natakar namesto gina v roke prijel steklenico Prosecca, zgodbo pa nekako potrjuje že ime sbagliato – napačno. No, pijača je zaradi pristne italijanske grenkobe vse drugo kot napačna. Če je torej “Negroni Sbagliato” napačna odločitev, prave sploh nočemo poznati.</em></p>

<p>V rocks ali low ball kozarec dodamo Campari, Vermouth in led. Kozarec do vrha napolnimo s Proseccom ali drugim suhim penečim vinom in nežno zmešamo. Za okras dodamo rezino ali olupek pomaranče.</p>

<p>Sladek, trpek in rahlo začinjen, ta koktajl Tonyja Abou-Ganima se odmika od tropskega formata in se bolj nagiba proti proti Sidecarju. Uporablja &#8220;začinjen&#8221; rum, pomarančni curaçao, limonin sok in preprost sirup, koktejl pa je pretresen in postrežen v kozarcu z robom iz cimeta in sladkorja.</p>

<p>Rum je pogosto povezan s tropskimi asociacijami, vendar ta pijača iz Sother Teague of Amor y Amargu dokazuje, da se žganje dobro obnese tudi v hladnejših mesecih. Gre za posebno izvedbo Buttered Rum, ki kliče po kombinaciji vročega čaja Earl Grey s staranim rumom, falernumom, domačim maslom iz maslene buče in javorjevim sirupom po okusu.</p>

<p>Nekje med klasičnima tropskima pijačama Zombie in Jet Pilot leži ta pijača Tiki Martina Catea iz Smuggler&#8217;s Cove v San Franciscu. Dva različna ruma, grenivkin in limetin sok, falernum, cimetov sirup in grenčice Angostura se zmešajo in precedijo v kozarec, oplaknjen z absintom. Osem sestavin – še preden pridete do okraskov – je morda več, kot zahtevajo mnogi koktajli, a nastala pijača je vredna dodatnega truda.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><em>Božično jutro je že za ovinkom in medtem ko se otroci podajajo na lov za sledmi Božička, so odrasli na vrsti za pripravo prazničnega zajtrka. Tudi v naši mali deželici za spremljavo k božičnemu zajtrku zadnja leta vse bolj popularni postajajo punči ali mimoze, na drugi strani pa ne smemo pozabiti na bogate vroče čokolade in espresso koktejle. Priprava posebnih receptov za kavne koktejle na osnovi kave Barcaffè ni nič nenavadnega, saj se z združevanjem najboljših barist in umetnikov latte arta vrhunski mojstri venomer potrudijo pripraviti izvrstne kavne napitke tako po okusu kot videzu.</em></strong></p>

<p>Barcaffè barista Aleš Gorenc, ki je letošnje leto osvojil naziv najboljšega bariste v državi, je pripravil prav poseben espresso koktejl, ki bo pocedil sline tudi tistim, ki jim kavni napitki niso med prvo izbiro. Aleš se je tokrat še posebej potrudil, da ne navdušuje le okus in aroma, temveč tudi enostavnost recepta, ki je primeren za vsakogar, ki se poda za kuhinjski pult.</p>



<p><strong>Božični Barcaffè espresso koktejl</strong></p>



<ul>
<li>60 ml ohlajenega espressa ali 50 ml ohlajene ter precejene turške kave (za tiste s kavnimi aparati espresso pri podjetju priporočajo nagrajeno kavo Barcaffè espresso INDIA, za tiste, ki doma radi pripravljajo turško kavo pa Barcaffè Classic ali povsem novo Barcaffè Whiskey Barrel Aged)</li>



<li>10 ml čokoladnega likerja (strokovjaki priporočajo Mattis)</li>



<li>30 ml kahlue ali kavnega likerja po izbiri</li>



<li>50 ml pomarančne božične infuzije (pomarančni sok na nizkem ognju kuhamo 10-15 min s klinčki, cimetom in rjavim sladkorjem, mešanico pustimo stati 30 min, nato precedimo in ohladimo)</li>



<li>Dodamo na pol stepeno smetano ali pol kreme in pol mleka (t.i.<em> half and half</em>), posuto s kokosom in koščki čokolade</li>

<p>Vse sestavine razen smetane dobro premešamo v ohlajenem šejkerju ali v mikserju (lahko tudi v blenderju) z ledom in nato dvakrat precedimo v 180 cl velik martini kozarec. Zaključimo s pol stepeno smetano (lahko v šejkerju ali z metlico), na katero dodamo še kokos in koščke čokolade. Uporabimo lahko tudi druge visoke kozarce ter ustvarimo kokosov čokoladni rob, tako da rob pomočimo v pomarančni sok in nato v omenjene sestavine.</p>

<p><em><strong><em>Margarite iz rose šampanjca<br></em></strong><em>Za 6 serviranj</em></em></p>



<p>V vrč dodamo 1 liter roza limonade, 250 mililitrov tekile, 250 mililitrov triple sec, 125 mililitrov sveže iztisnjenega limetinega soka in nekaj rezin limete, premešamo in pustimo, da se ohladi. Ko gostje prispejo, prelijemo z 500 mililitrov ohlajenega šampanjca in postrežemo v kozarcih za šampanjec, okrašenih z rožnatim sladkorjem ali soljo.</p>

<p>V mešalniku mešamo 450 gramov zamrznjenih izkoščičenih češenj, odmrznjenih čez noč, z njihovim sokom pri visoki hitrosti, dokler zmes ni svilnato gladka. Dodamo 360 mililitrov tekile, 250 mililitrov Cointreauja, 250 mililitrov svežega limetinega soka, 250 mililitrov nesladkanega češnjevega soka in enostavni sirup sirupom ali agavo po okusu ter prelijemo v velik vrč z ledom. Dobro premešamo in postrežemo z ledom s svežo limeto in okrasimo s češnjami.</p>



<p><strong><em>Ananas-jalapeño margarite<br></em></strong><em>Za 10 serviranj</em></p>



<p>V velikem vrču zmešamo 1200 mililitrov ananasovega soka, 350 mililitrov tekile, 120 mililitrov preprostega jalapeño sirupa, 120 mililitrov limetinega soka in nekaj narezanih jalapeñov ter premešamo. Postavimo v hladilnik, dokler se ne ohladi, medtem ko čakamo na prihod gostov. V trenutku serviranja dolijemo 250 mililitrov ohlajene mineralne vode in nežno premešamo, preden dodamo zvrhan kup ledu.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Na police Sparovih trgovin prihaja nova, velikonočno obarvana generacija izdelkov ekskluzivne linije SPAR Premium, ki je plod sodelovanja s kuharskimi mojstri z Michelinovo zvezdico. Med specialitetami, ki so že drugo leto zapored nastale izpod rok Uroša Štefelina in Gregorja Vračka, so potica z orehi, skuto in hruškami; telečja pečenka, polnjena z jurčki in domačo dimljeno slanino; slastne pite v treh okusih ter gurmanska serija treh vrst piškotov.</strong></p>



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote"><p>Zgodba, ki so jo v lanskem letu pri Sparu Slovenija pričeli pisati s slovenskimi Michelinovimi chefi, je dobila nadaljevanje in tako je linija ekskluzivnih izdelkov blagovne znamke SPAR Premium bogatejša za osem novih izdelkov. Slednje sta tokrat ustvarila kuharska mojstra Uroš Štefelin in Gregor Vračko, pripravljeni pa so iz sestavin izbranih slovenskih dobaviteljev ter proizvajalcev. Novi izdelki so prestali vrsto intenzivnih faz poskušanja in izboljšav, njihovo kakovost pa so potrdili tudi strokovnjaki Biotehniške fakultete v Ljubljani.</p></blockquote>

<p><strong>Chef Uroš Štefelin, </strong>ki s sodobnimi tehnikami in lastno ustvarjalnostjo tradicionalne jedi nadgrajuje v mojstrovine sodobne slovenske kuhinje, je ekskluzivno linijo izdelkov SPAR Premium to pomlad oplemenitil z dvema specialitetama. Prva je ročno dvojno zavita potica z dvema bogatima nadevoma – orehovim in skutnim. Zamešena je iz slovenske ajdove in pšenične moke, za dodatno popestritev sladice pa poskrbijo tudi koščki hruške in cvetlični med, s katerim je sladkana. Druga izmed specialitet po recepturi Uroša Štefelina pa je telečja pečenka, polnjena z jurčki in domačo dimljeno slanino, ki jo poleg izjemnega okusa in arome odlikuje tudi enostavna priprava. Za izredno mehkobo mesa slovenskega izvora je uporabljen tako imenovani <em>sous vide</em> postopek, pri katerem se vakuumirano meso počasi kuha pri nizki temperaturi. Po slabi uri pečenja se pečenko postreže z omako iz telečjega fonda SPAR Premium, ki je dodan pakiranju.</p>



<p><strong>Gregor Vračko,</strong> znan po svojih nenavadnih kombinacijah ter neverjetnih okusih in teksturah, pa je samo za linijo SPAR Premium ustvaril sladke, sočne in osvežilne mini pite v treh okusih: jabolčno z orehi, čokoladno s figami v refošku in cheesecake z breskvami. Pite so na voljo pečene na postrežnem oddelku slaščic, prav tako pa tudi zamrznjene. Vračko, ki je svoje kuharske veščine izpopolnjeval v vrhunskih restavracijah od Evrope do Združenih držav Amerike, bo sladokusce obenem navduševal tudi s serijo treh vrst piškotov, trajnostno pakiranih v lične steklene kozarce. <p>Toda globok, oreščen značaj suhega oloroso sherryja in njegova višja raven glicerola, ki mu daje veliko viskoznost, v kombinaciji s kremnostjo celega jajca spominja na to, kar je Jerry Thomas opisal v svoji različici iz leta 1887: »zelo okusna pijača«, ki »daja moč natančnim ljudem«. Seveda. Sherry Flip lahko kot eliksir za krepitev v hladnem vremenu služi kot manj alkoholna verzija prazničnega jajčnega likerja.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Številne tiki pijače bi se lahko s svojimi &#8220;pijanimi&#8221; plastmi ruma in absurdnimi okrasi imenovale Painkiller. Toda ta, ki jo predstavljamo danes, poudarja pomirjujočo moč potovanja na tropski otok prek ruma z Deviških otokov, ki ga nekoliko omehčajo valovi ananasovega ter pomarančnega soka in kokosove kreme. Izvor koktejla je sicer nekoliko nejasen (čeprav se zasluge pogosto pripisujejo Daphne Henderson iz bara Soggy Dollar na Britanskih deviških otokih), vendar ni sporno, kdo je lastnik imena: podjetje Pusser&#8217;s Rum, ki je tega zaščitilo leta 1990. </strong></p>

<p>Vse sestavine dodamo v mešalnik in na suho pretresemo. Mešanico prelijemo v tiki kozarec, ki ga dopolnimo z zdrobljenim ledom. Po želji obilno posujemo z naribanim muškatnim oreščkom, dodamo vejico mete in okrasimo z dežnikom in limeto.</p>

Odgovor Limete. Mali zeleni citrusi so bili pripravljeni pomagati, toda pomorščaki, ki so pili ta kisli sok, so bili veliko bolj veseli, če so ga pomešali z alkoholnimi pijačami. Okusna, &#8220;zdravilna&#8221; pijača je takrat postala priljubljena, vodka pa je v 70-ih in 80-ih letih v Gimletu nadomestila gin. Čeprav je gin še vedno tradicionalna izbira, tudi vodka nariše nasmeh na obraz, verjemite nam.</strong></em></p>

<li>50 ml Fever-Tree ingverjevega piva,</li>
<li>na tanko narezan ingver in češnja za okras.</li>

<p>Vse sestavine razen ingverjevega piva dodamo v Boston mešalnik, ki ga napolnimo z ledom in temeljito pretresemo. Dodamo pivo in premešamo, precedimo, zlijemo v visok kozarec in dodamo zdrobljen led. Za okras ustvarimo &#8220;goro&#8221; iz ledu in nanjo dodamo narezan ingver in češnjo.</p>
